Biography : Mari Reato

Mari Reato was born in Pretoria in 1960. Left Pretoria approx. 35 years ago; lived in the USA

and London and returned to Pretoria approx. 10 years ago. Married with two daughters and
three grandchildren. Loves to travel and entertain.

Mari has always had a creative mind which she fulfilled by doing stained glass, pottery and

mosaic works. She also loves doing functions and kids parties.

During one of her creative exploits she discovered painting approx. 5 years ago and fell in

love with it. What started off as an interest turned into a serious hobby under the auspices
of Norbert Schling.
